Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/remote role located in Derry/Belfast for an Experienced Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, developing and executing recruitment strategies, evaluating candidates through interviews and assessments, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also ensure communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in technology recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in hiring and managing candidate databases
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
