About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service sectors. Duties
Lead and supervise a team of staff across various departments, including food production, serving, and hospitality
Oversee daily operations within restaurants or catering environments to ensure smooth functioning
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
Implement and monitor food safety protocols in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
Coordinate kitchen activities, including cooking, food production, and inventory management
Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and maintain high performance levels
Ensure excellent customer service by supervising serving staff and maintaining hospitality standards
Organise schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise workflow to meet operational targets
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of operation
Liaise with clients or stakeholders to ensure their needs are met effectively
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or food service industry
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Minimum 5 years experience managing a busy restaurant or hotel
Knowledge of hospitality operations including serving, barista work, or general customer service roles is advantageous
