Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment (minimum 3-5 years).
• Relevant culinary qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical application of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Demonstrable creativity in menu planning, dish development, and food presentation.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating seamlessly with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Possession of the legal right to work in the UK.
