Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef, with agency or contract catering experience being highly advantageous
• Strong culinary skills, creativity, and a passion for producing high-quality food
• Comprehensive understanding and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in fast-paced and varied kitchen environments
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A valid Driving Licence and access to your own transport is highly desirable
• Relevant professional culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent)
• Flexibility and adaptability to different working hours and locations within Letterkenny, Donegal and surrounding areas
