As an Agency Chef, your responsibilities will be varied, encompassing all aspects of kitchen operations. This will involve menu planning, stock management, ensuring impeccable food hygiene and safety standards are consistently met, and adapting seamlessly to the unique demands of each client's kitchen. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior CDP/Sous/Head Chef in a professional kitchen environment.,• Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes and cuisines.,• Excellent understanding and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).,• Ability to work efficiently and autonomously, adapting to new kitchen environments quickly.,• A genuine passion for creating high-quality, delicious food.,• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour.,• Eligibility to work in the UK.,• Desirable: Own reliable transport and a valid UK driving licence.
