Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy hospitality environment.
• Proven expertise and training in pizza preparation, cooking techniques, and quality control.
• Proficient in operating till systems (POS) and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical application of HACCP principles and robust food safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
• Strong customer service orientation with a track record of resolving issues effectively and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both staff and customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business.
