Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service or hospitality sector
• Strong understanding and practical experience with till management and financial reconciliation processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends as required by a street food operation
