Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef (Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef level).
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum) is essential.
• Excellent culinary skills and a genuine passion for creating high-quality dishes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new kitchen environments, equipment, and menus.
• Strong understanding and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Access to reliable transport is highly desirable due to varied client locations.
