About the Role
Our client is a growing technology business building an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses improve how they identify, understand and engage with potential customers.
They are looking to add an experienced Full Stack Developer to their engineering team. This is an opportunity to join a product-led organisation where you'll have a genuine influence on the technology being built and how the product evolves.
The business operates on a remote-first basis, while also offering access to state-of-the-art offices in Derry for those who prefer a collaborative environment.
AI sits at the centre of the product and development culture, so this role would suit someone who is genuinely interested in using modern AI technologies rather than simply working on traditional web applications.
What You'll Be Doing
• Building and improving customer-facing features across the full technology stack
• Developing modern web applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript
• Designing and developing backend services using Node.js
• Building and integrating LLM-powered functionality into the product
• Working with modern AI development tools to improve how software is designed, built and tested
• Taking features from initial concept through development and into production
• Working closely with product and engineering colleagues to shape technical solutions
• Contributing to architecture and technical decisions as the platform continues to scale
• Identifying opportunities to improve application performance, reliability and usability
• Helping establish good engineering practices as the team and product grow
Requirements
• 3+ years' commercial full stack development experience
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React
• Experience building applications using Next.js
• Strong Node.js experience
• Good understanding of modern web application architecture
• Experience working across both frontend and backend development
• An interest in AI, LLMs and AI-assisted software development
• A proactive approach to problem solving and technical decision-making
• The ability to work independently within a remote-first environment

• Modern AI-assisted development tooling
(Experience in any of the above is beneficial but not essential. Our client is happy to look at good engineers interested and experienced in AI-Assisted development)
