Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Our training partner can provide this if required)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new kitchen layouts and menus quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport is highly desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland.
